Outplacement

Outplacement is a service designed to offer professional and practical, support and reassurance to departing staff. Employees can be badly affected by redundancy and the provision of outplacement support enables individuals to accept the reality of the situation, mount an effective job search and evaluate alternative options.

Individual programmes
Individual programmes are available for all levels of staff, offering both fixed level and flexible bespoke programmes of support tailored to meet the requirements of each individual.

Group programmes
Appropriate for all levels of staff, we can design outplacement services to meet the specific needs of your people. We can also combine group with one–to–one elements.

Executive Programmes
A suite of programmes designed specifically to support Directors and Senior Managers.
