With the world becoming a global village, the reality of world immigration, and greater flow of the labour force coming into the UK from the European Union, diversity has now become an issue that all organisations looking to maximize their positions in the market place need to begin to engage and address seriously.
 
At Capita, we do not regard diversity as a box-ticking exercise, or merely as an organisational positive action statement discretely placed under a recruitment advert. Nor do we regard it simply by its medical definition. Our approach to managing diversity is one centred on the individual as individual.
