LRQA was formed in 1985 to offer independent certification of management systems and currently hold 19 global accreditations to provide ISO 9001 as well as approval from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

The Association of Career Firms is a not for profit organisation, founded in 1996 to represent the interests of the European outplacement and career management industry. Since its inception it has developed into an important and influential trade organization, representing some 450 offices across the EU.
