Action learning

This is a structured approach to developing individuals using “live” workplace issues. This group based service run by a facilitator fosters the sharing and development of ideas, problems and solutions resulting in action. In our experience this is a fast and effective means to accelerate individual and organisational development. Our facilitators provide facilitation of sets, as well as train and coach internal facilitators to deliver this growing service to clients.

 

Development centres

We design and deliver development centres for existing and emerging talent including graduates and future leaders. We partner with you using a blend of psychometrics, interviews and work simulation exercises. This helps you identify and develop your talent in a logical, unbiased and effective way. The process creates a journey of development for the individual through a series of challenges; individuals feel motivated and encouraged through performance feedback and action planning to build on their successes.

 

Facilitation

Our consultants provide facilitation of one-off meetings (e.g. strategy workshops or board events) as well as a series based on a programme of work (e.g. where a new team needs help focusing its meetings, our facilitators help the group form and become established).
